Off to a rubbish start, sales man James Mullen, building me a deal with incorrect costs and hidden extras which were not explained to me in full that were being added on. Very eager to have things done quickly, didn’t have the time of day to even sit down and explain in full costs that are included in your deal. I was rushed through looking at my deal in detail (probably so I didn’t notice) Everyone else should be aware and double check all costs before leaving the store. Also receptionist was rude and when I requested the manager call me back it was the sales man who did.. as you can imagine it was very awkward. Had to call and ask to talk to a manager again and was treated as though it was an inconvenience. My order was then handled by Kevin Muir who did a great job to make sure everything from there on in went smoothly. From building me a new deal and explaining the costs carefully, having the car polished and chips filled in as requested. Even received a courtesy personalised video once the car was ready before I went to pick up. Took his time when I came to collect the car going through documents and amounts. Made the experience a lot better for me. When you are buying a car and paying out a lot of money that is what you expect Over all not a bad experience once being handled by another sales man. I love my car!
