This review is for Iver Autos who I believe are the same company as S S Autos. I bought a Volvo that turned out to be full of water. They agreed to pay half the costs to resolve this matter and a faulty alarm. It is outrageous that they had not noticed the problems. Also the car was apparently valeted but under the boot it was disgusting with crisp packets and all sorts. The driver's window was also faulty and they agreed to sort it if I brought the car back the following week. When I called they instead offered me a spare key (it was only sold with one key) and apparently contacted the previous owner to source it. Of course that key did not cost them a penny and I will wager they had it all the time. Be very wary of this trick as I am sure they play it a lot. They tried the hard sell re insurance policies and I declined in no uncertain terms. When I collected the vehicle it had just received a new rear light cover and had some scratches repaired. Soon after I took it home my wife reversed it into a tree because it turns out the rear sensors were malfunctioning. That must be how it got the original damage and they either did not check it properly or did not care. Horrible people to deal with and I would never buy a car from them again. Iver Autos are the sort of place that give used car dealers a bad name.
