Absolutely Terrible Service
After the company i work for purchased 2 ford rangers, one developed an injector fault after 300 miles. This was replaced by a mobile mechanic on site. the following week engine management light on again booked in at Trust ford Bradford who diagnosed the DPF filter, was advised 5 weeks for the part to arrive. No replacement vehicle offered for nearly 2 weeks and when one was they wanted credit card details and only one driver even though this is a company vehicle. the vehicle came back and ha been fin until the week before Christmas, booked in again at Trust Ford Bradford for the 06th January 2022,(today). I was advised that this would be looked at and they would get back to me by 16.00 at 15.45 i contacted them to be informed the vehicle hadn't been touched and they would get round to it tomorrow however I will make you aware it probably will run into Monday, we have only one diagnostic technician due to covid. This place is an absolute joke of a dealership. find a dealer that will actually look at you vehicle and not fob you off with excuses.
