The worst customer service ever!!!!!

Trust ford alpeton is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, staff are liers and they lie to you're face, you book in you're car and work does not get done(forgotten) car comes back in very bad condition,mats all dirty food left in the car, front desk never answer you're phone..staff claim to book you in bur they don't. Place needs shutting down I highly recommend hartwell ford dealer I had the best experience with them but had to travel all the way to Reading as Trust ford in alperton/hendon/wimbledon was extremely awful(alperton customer service was shocking) Never in my life I have received extremely bad service and the stress they gave me was unbelievable
