When you can't get any response, FAIL
So I've seen a car advertised poorly so that is an AUDI A3 TDI, yet it's a 3.2l petrol. Work that one out, especially as the advert says its both a 2004 and a 2011. I messaged them 3 ti6mes since before Xmas yet despite their advertised opening hours, no response. That's it for me, if pre sakes customer service is bad I can imagine post sales will be zilch.
