An honest customer

Gain Motors sold me two Toyota Prius imported from Japan, they took 80% of the cash up front and said they will collect the rest of the 20% when I collect the cars. A man who named himself "Joe" said the cars would be ready for collection within 3 weeks. The cars were already in their show room, Joe said he needs 3 weeks to get the cars registered. After waiting for the cars for two months and Joe making excuses about the cars not being ready, I asked for my money to be refunded, it was £14800. He said he needs 3-4 working days to get the refund issued. Since I have asked for the refund, it has been 23 days now and I have only managed to get £5000. He says that he has cash problems but I can see his stock continuously changing on auto trader. He is a lier and a cheat. He keeps saying give me 3 days and this customer will pay me for this car and I will transfer you money but then he does not stick to his words. Avoid this company. Actually he sold the cars to me for cheap price just so he can get the cash to import more cars from Japan, he knew that the cars would not be ready in 3 weeks and anticipated that I would ask for refund. Once the car is registered and the UK log book arrives then he sells it for a much higher price. Basically, he uses peoples money to do business.
