Terrible service

After two videos about the condition of the car from the product genius (Matt) I decided to to purchase the car (I payed a £99 deposit to hold the car for me, refundable if I wasn't happy with the car) so I drove up to Clydebank from Northumberland. When I got there the car was very poor and not how it was described to me. I was dealing with a salesman called Allan McLuckie. When I told him I did not want the car because of the poor condition he didn't seem to Happy! I told him I would like my deposit refunded he said yes no problem. I still haven't received my deposit and feel I am being ignored as I have emailed the salesman on a couple of occasions with no reply. Terrible service.
