Most dissatisfying deal I ever made

I was told I had to hand over my cherished very low mileage car to guarantee the trade value I was offered. Being trade, it was valued at 3k less than they were being advertised for, I also had to pay a £500 deposit. I was told certain options weren’t available if added as options and was talked into shelling out a further 5k to go for a more expensive model, and was guaranteed that the options would now be included in the build. 4 months later the car arrived. After watching a video I noticed the interactive display was missing. I queried this and was immediately presented with the question, do you want it or not? I checked with the manager and was told everything else was on the car. A few days later I was told that numerous electronic options were not on the car. The car was now a lesser spec that the first one I built. They offered me trade value for my car which is appalling. I feel robbed and am considering legal action. Left dangling over Christmas, so that is now ruined. This dealership is just untrustworthy. Go elsewhere.
