Premier service from start to finish

I found RMA Car Sales online, I was looking for a BMW, I then saw a superb 11 year old black BMW 320i convertible with only 33,000 miles on the clock, excellent I thought, I agreed to buy it before seeing it, but I was extremely happy to have bought it. After 2 weeks it developed a fault, and, with Richard's help we tried to solve the issue, as I live 110 miles away, Anyway long story short my national breakdown service provider covered me to have the car sent back to Richard to have it assessed and repaired. Richard kept me up to date with the progress, I then went back down to collect my car, it had been repaired, valeted, then kept inside until I picked it up, now in perfect running order. The service of RMA car sales staff along Richard was exemplary. Thank you Richard
