The staff at the Glossop dealership are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble. My mum bought a car on finance with them and then passed away suddenly about a month later. They were so helpful and supportive. Ian took care of everything for me when it came to sorting the finance out and returning the car etc. I couldn't have asked for more and it made a very difficult and stressful time a little easier. At the same time I was looking for an automatic car but wanted to get it right and didn't want to rush into buying any car. Darren and Ian were so helpful and more than happy to give me advice and their opinion. They didn't try to push me into buying a car and if I saw a car I liked then I rang and spoke to them about it. They would have a look at it for me and see if they thought it was suitable. If they didn't think it was then they told me truthfully and if they saw anything they thought I would like then they let me know. I eventually found the right car and bought it without any problems. I was initially getting it on finance so all the paperwork was wrote up. I then changed my mind and decided to buy it outright so all the paperwork had to be redone. They didn't grumble about it at all and changed it all for me no problem. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car they go above and beyond to help and it really was appreciated at such a difficult time.
