Very poor service

The mechanic didn't understand how a thermostat worked and so misdiagnosed the fault, after checking the dash cam recording I found the staff slagging me off behind my back. I went to another garage who fixed the issue as I had asked. They seem nice when selling the car but the service part is very poor. Wouldn't recommend.
