This dealership came across as a genuine and honest family-run business when selling the vehicle, but it quickly became apparent that sales was all they cared about. My vehicle had an engine malfunction warning *as I was driving it home from the garage* and they still failed to fix the problem and eventually said that when I had it taken to a Ford dealer and fixed properly, and the engine malfunction error stopped, that there was no way to prove the two errors were related so would not cover the costs. Utterly reprehensible as it was under warranty, but that is what you get from this dealership. It now seems that this dealership has been sold to Moorlands Car Sales (that's where howardscarsales.co.uk now redirects to) but I would also encourage people to avoid Howards Accident Repair which was the sister business to the sales side. Stay clear!
