Seat leon supercopa

I bought my 2012 seat leon supercopa From parkway in August this year, customer service from Andrew was extremely good, car so far is running faultless. My only concern is that the paint on the wheels is flaking off. I pointed out to Andrew what looked like overspray won the inner corners of the side skirts but was told it wasn’t. On getting the car home and a closer inspection it turned out to be silver paint which came off with cutting compound. I guess my gripe is that when your paying top market price for your car you don’t expect a quality dealer to cut corners painting the wheels instead of having then refurbished and powder coated, what made it even more annoying is they couldn’t even be bothered to take off the wheels and painted them still on the car hence silver paint everywhere. It’s just lazy and thoughtless.
