Absolutely shocking - avoid
Recently purchased a car from SEAT Huddersfield owned by Pentagon Motor Group. Finally bought a hot hatch high performance car from a SEAT used & approved garage (2018 plate 26K miles) in the big picture barely used. Could of went to a tin pot garage & received the same service, absolutely appalling. I used third party finance who had a nightmare chasing these round all the time which in turn led to me chasing them whilst being at work for numerous days. In the end they invoiced the incorrect figures which in turn made the whole deal become delayed (mistakes happen not too fussed & understand). The finance had to be pulled back & sent in again for the correct amount. No flexibility on them being able to suit my collection dates it was constantly on their terms but again really wanted the car wasn’t fussed. Drove 2 hours there got home 2 hours back & straight away digital cockpit issue & a chip in the window screen barely any communication from them at all I’m constantly chasing people around, finally get in touch with the dealer in principle & things begin to move (after I took it into my local SEAT garage & after me chasing them round all day to make sure they paid which they didn’t in time because apparently it takes 6 hours to write an email I then was left with no car & had to bunk a ride home). Car gets fixed the next day (SEAT Pulman not pentagon who I must say were fantastic compared to Pentagon) no issues however the window screen couldn’t be fixed that day as their sub contractor was fully booked no issue! Got a quote through AutoGlass & asked for someone at Huddersfield to confirm I can go ahead & they foot the bill rightly so as my part ex was pristine had this been the other way round they would of chipped money off left right & centre but again no reply from anyone at the garage for two days now. Then today the wiper motor on the rear window which I’ve went to use for the first time after owning the car for 5 days doesn’t work but let’s remember guys this has been through “The SEAT approved checks”. Still got no response so it’s back to trying to get a hold of the dealer principle so he can get the circus back together. I cannot stress enough how much you need to avoid this garage, absolutely appalling. After sales support is borderline criminal. I’ve never been so worn out after buying a car the worst part about it there’s not even contention because they don’t reply!!!! Not to mention still haven’t received my refunded deposit yet!
