Shocking after sales
Steer clear of this place and also a Mercedes A180 - SE17 EVP they've just had the car back off us after a 3 month fight in regards to the quality of the bodywork, different shades of silver the passenger front, headlight out of line, automatic parking system faulty and dangerous, no dab and a lengthy 3 month wait for the satnav so card, we've lost nearly £500 on this car and still haven't had our 4k back we paid towards it, avoid them at all costs, once they have your money and a signed finance agreement they don't want to know, the car went back on 2 occasions and was never sorted, we thank the finance company for stepping in and helping us in regards to it, however available car wouldn't get back to neither us or the finance company, I'm sorry available car but I've used you on 3 occasions now, first 2 occasions were fine however this occasion has put us off for life and you've left us no choice but to leave you bad feedback as this is what you deserve, I will also stop recommending you to other customers as I have been for the last 2 years after buying my first car from you. We will also be taking this to trading standards and the financial ombudsman in regards to getting our tax, insurance, service and window tinting costs back. Further to the above information, available car have performed numerous credit checks with different finance companies to get us another car, they said they would tell the finance company we was bringing the Mercedes back at no fault of our own (which they didn't) which in effect led the finance companies to think we were after an additional car which as you can imagine left my partner to be declined and left a huge footprint on her prior perfect credit file. This was offered to us on one of the first of many visits back to them after purchasing the car and noticing the problems. They didn't want the finance company thinking bad of them by thinking we were dropping a faulty car back to them.
