Poor customer service

They did a good job servicing my car but I got a parking ticket when they left my car on the road one day while it was under their care. The ticket had mysteriously disappeared when I took my car home so I had no knowledge about it until I got a letter from the council saying the fine was double at £110. Despite being the ones that got the ticket, WJ King refused to pay the full amount. I appealed the ticket but the council hold the car owner responsible for any tickets irrespective. Very disappointed that the garage would not cover the cost of a ticket that was entirely their fault! They admitted this has happened in the past and the tickets went missing on those previous occasions- be warned that this could happen to you too.
