Terrible service from them

My F-Pace is covered by warranty and I needed a fault fixing. Called the service department who DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. So i called the sales department and was told firstly they would put me through. Again the service department DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. The front desk receptionist told me she would get the service department to call me back. Guess what THEY DIDN'T CALL..
