FIAT 500L AWFUL SERVICE

Partner and I were desperate for a white/black fiat 500L lounge. RYDON had one and it was perfect. After weeks of disappointment we had found the one. WRONG. The first lady we spoke to was superb and got the keys for us. From there it went downhi quickly. We had £6000 cash and needed the car ASAP, as we didn't have a car. A younger lady and male came out..."it's not ready and we don't know when it will be...maybe 3 weeks" ?? I said fine we will have to leave it but we were disappointed. All three of them then started to slightly argue with each other about timescale, at one point I even said I would take the car and bring it back when they were quieter for a service etc. "No MOT on the car, we might look at it on Monday, try us in the morning" So we rang Monday afternoon...."nope, it hasn't been looked at, try Tuesday or wednesday" . Again tried on Wednesday.."try next week" was the response! We gave up. We had money, no PX, and just wanted a car is it that hard these days for garages to be honest. Their attitude was totally wrong and even to the point of being hostile. We know it's only £6000 and I ended up travelling to Leeds from Plymouth to buy a car In the end. So no we wouldn't recommend Rydon car sales Exeter
