I bought a brand new C4 Cactus from this dealership. I cannot say anything negative about their service department, though the same cannot be said for the sales department and the franchise owners. I currently stand well over £1000 down, several days of my time wasted and an extremely unpleasant feeling about the whole experience. The car itself is great (Despite a few problems within the first few weeks of ownership). I would totally recommend a C4 Cactus, its spacious, economical and quirky. Don't buy it from Bellamy's though! I since took my vehicle for a service at a different authorised dealer and the service was very good (I won't mention who as this is not an advert, this is an honest appraisal of what happened when I bought a brand new car from Bellamy's.
