A bad experience

4 days agoNEW I bought the Vauxhall Grandland 5.10.2021 after some difficult interaction travelled 200miles as I wanted the car badly ., the car was ill prepared, started having problems within few days 1.the parking sensors was not working 2.Battery was not holding charge well 3 . The car was wobbly at high speeds and when checked at local Vauxhall found that the parking sensors was not connected , battery was damaged and the suspension arm collapsed..I was trying to get it repaired it ever since ,still with Vauxhall due to parts shortage. When contacted Simits Ilkeston who sold the car ,they played it down as minor errors and wanted me to take it 200miles back to get it repaired, explained can't drive due to not feeling safe but didn't listen ,didn't not wanted to pay for towing the car as well ..Finally after long fight with Vauxhall customer service agreed to get it repaired locally .But the car is with them ever since 24/10/ 21 .Only driven 350 miles total , 200miles was to take it from them to where I am ..I didn't get enough time to check everything as I was thinking its a 2020 reg car and is getting from Vauxhall dealer so will be ok but was badly wrong, moreover I had to rush back on the day I collected due to some work commitments . The local Vauxhall suspect the car had a bad accident and was not repaired well .The Vauxhall in Ilkeston denied any accident history ..Dont know who is right or wrong. I didn't make any single scratch and had the car only for a period of 2 weeks with me before sending for repair .Its 3.12 .21 still waiting for the car to get it repaired. ( I am given a courtesy car on the 29.11.2021 by Vauxhall on request . I made a request to return the car under consumer rights, but no one has ever responded..(NETWORK q WARRANTY they advertise is also rubbish and offer no help and the staff also have a don't care attitude and don't take any responsibility) ...
