I bought an approved used VW from Autosales at the beginning of November. Up to today they failed to deliver the second key as promised. Missing second key was held back by them, until the day of delivery. Description of the car was misleading. They were changing the description from Full Service History to Part Service History after taking the money. The car crackles like an old sofa, so their technicians must be death, and their multipoint checks seem to be fake. It will be dealt via proper organizations, and taken even further until resolved. Communication is poor and slow, they do not seem interested in resolving any issues after taking your money. I do not recommend Autosales Skoda Burntwood!
