Well, I did everything at long distance, no messing around, all on time...car was a Mazda and this was very clean and presented well. For me I travelled 2 hours from Cambridge, David James were ready for me, car ready, paperwork all sorted. The service was perfect. No problems or hitches pre hand and nothing since.
