I have owned a number of VW Tiguans over the years and never felt the need to write a review for service before. Today my car went in for service and my support lady was Sian, she was professional, helpful and courteous. The car was in for a service, Mot, cam belt and a few other things, All went without a hitch and COVID safe - thank you Harlow VW
