Unbelievably bad service - Coulddon

Unbelievably bad service - save yourself the stress and heartache and go somewhere else. More details below if interested. Harwoods sold me the car and didn't send the V5 off. As a result I didn't get a tax reminder and missed the tax deadline. This meant I got clamped (£200) and got a fine from the DVLA for not having tax (£754) and couldn't get my car freed for almost 2 weeks as I wasn't the registered keeper Harwoods were. Complained to Harwoods and was told it was the registered keepers responsibility (them at the time) and they were not at fault. Now having to proceed with a dispute with the DVLA.
