Simply the worst buying experience
Quite simply this was the worst buying experience I've ever had. I purchased an £80,000 car from Optima Cars and 6 months on the issues with the car on delivery have still never been resolved. No pre-delivery inspection had been carried out on the car and as a result it had nearly 10k of remedial work required on delivery, including inoperative air con, an oil leak, two broken rear suspension springs and corroded brake lines. They have repeatedly broke promises and lied all the way through, and even managed to scratch the car, which they're refusing to put right, after initially agreeing to have it repaired at their cost. I was also promised the factory standard exhaust with the car and 6 months on they still haven't supplied it and are now ignoring me.
