I bought a 2012 Bessacarr e495 from them in 22nd August 2020. Had to take it back within days water leaking in wardrobe due to dried out sealing which was fixed satisfactory. Because the warranty is poor (6 month) decided to get a Habitation check before it ran out. Massive damp readings along one side rang them but because of lock down there were no techs as on furlough. Advised by Carl to bring it in as they could keep it under cover (btw he agreed with the damp reading) Picked it up in April and Carl assured me that the work had been done. Just sold it, lost thousands on the deal because it had massive damp along the side that Carl assured had been fixed. So which is it then, did Carl lie to us? poor workmanship? just unlucky to get damp in exactly the same area which was fixed 7 months age? I am past anger on losing thousands, but do know that I wouldn't touch Motorlands with a barge pole with rat poison on the end. But if you do get an independent damp check before you lose thousands like me.
