Pretty poor for me

Well, Ive been messaging them for 5 days to try and get a trade in price for my wifes car. How hard can it be? Any other dealers can give me a price instantly. LW kept fobbing me off and fobbing me off. They said they would call me. Well this afternoon I called them, only to find the car Ive been chasing is sold. Pretty awful service if you ask me. They've strung me along for days….I suppose its typical of a small independent used car dealer.
