Be very wary of this company

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in April 2021. Straight away I had some issues with the car (an Audi A3, 2008) in that things with the vehicle were not as advertised, (number of previous owners, for example). 6 months and one week after my purchase, an engine mount snapped, causing huge damage to the engine casing and rendering the car undrivable and a huge issue to fix in view of the age of the car and accessing an engine casing. This is most definitely something that could not possible have occurred within the time I had the vehicle. The response from this company was that they could not help me as this had happened outside of my 6 month warranty they supplied me with when I purchased the car, which was less than a week. I paid full price, (£6500) plus an admin fee, they offered me £100 good will gesture and refused to even take a look at the car. Please make sure to go to a reputable dealer and not this kind of company. I still have no car and am unsure as when and if my vehicle can be repaired. There are a lot of reputable dealers out there, check certifications and approvals by the AA, etc. so as to avoid paying money for a vehicle that is not fit for purpose
