FANTASTIC CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE

I have only one word for this team EXCELLENT, I would give them 100 stars if it were possible, they have gone above and beyond to help my granddaughter to purchase her first car. My Daughter was about to help her when she sadly passed away so it was left to me to help and advise. My family have dealt with them for over 40 years and have always been very satisfied withtheir approach to the customer and the excellent service we have always received. However this time they have excelled themselves, as to be expected we are very upset at the loss of my daughter, we were treated with compassion and understanding during the whole process nothing was too much trouble. They made sure my granddaughter understood everything gave her a lot of advice and helped her to decide which car was right for her and what she wanted. They advised her on finance and made sure she understood everything. Iain and Darren and the team will never know how grateful we are for the ease of the whole process. They were fully aware of our needs at a very difficult time they did not try to rush us or push something unsuitable on us, for this, they have earned my eternal gratitude . A very big thanks and well done to the whole team. My granddaughter is over the moon with her Fiesta.
