Used car warranty

We were told the car came with a five star warranty and can be repaired at our garage of choice.,in reality,when our Transmission developed an oil leak we tried ringing the warranty company,but no answer,so we emailed them,but three working days later,no reply.i phoned Gt Accademy to point out that the warranty company wont reply,within an hour they called and seemed pleased to tell me that they dont cover oil leaks,they dont cover any investigation costs,and the most they pay is sixty five pounds an hour,labour,so forget useing a main dealer and getting a loan car.we were without the car for four days and had to pay for repairs.
