DISHONEST SELLER

I saw a car advertised by Miks motors Ltd, where it was advertised as timing belt replaced & ideal 1st car - Fact Looked at the car & bought it - Fact Car broke down 7 days later due to timing belt being shredded - Fact Miks motors were unwilling to refund my money in full including consequential loss - Fact Took them to court - Fact Miks motors amended their original ad on Auto Trader saying selling car as spares & repair, even though car was no longer in their possession- Fact Found out timing belt had been replaced two years previously, misleading on ad - Fact Went to court & won!! Fact WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY.
