Poor, poor aftersales.

First off, Stephen from the sales team was excellent. Prompt and polite. Secondly the quality control and issues you expect from Delboy & Rodney. I will list the issues I have found with the car & response, I leave it to you to decide whether these are the people you want to deal with if something goes wrong. car undefiled with oil after supposed service - The oil capacity is in the handbook, I would hope that it would be obvious to a main dealer to fill to the correct level. This leaves me having to fill it up as it was below the minimum and 2 days with no car waiting for dealer to confirm its ok for me to fill up until local dealer checks it has no leaks. 3mm brake discs, tracking out causing uneven wear to tyres, both registered as unacceptable by local main dealer - Snows reply........it would pass an MOT, yes it would but selling a premium used DS brand car with sot to bits pads and tracking out isn't exactly great service. Heated seats don't work.........has had a million point inspection but no one has simply flicked a switch to see if one of its selling points works. But don't worry, I am told in writing that ALL electrics will be covered under the warranty! I jump for joy but then oh I am advised it may or may not cover the seats which are electrical and as the picture states ALL electrics are covered. Clear the word ALL means something different in French. Ultimately they may be a good dealer, the sales staff were pretty good and most will not have an issue. however as you can see, when things go wrong. Snows will cause you an avalanche of problems........... Thanks
