Very disappointed company in decline

Hi I purchased a demonstration Jaguar e pace in may 2021 after a couple of days I got a puncture and it was in the side wall so it required a new tyre so I booked it in at Jaguar and took it in at 9/30 ,anyway at 5 pm after I had waited all day no offer of a courtesy car ,and then informed they had replaced it with the wrong tyre and I would have to come back the following day each trip for me is 60 mile ;so back the next day and whilst I was back they would put my private plates on for me ,the plate wasn’t the correct width it’s the wider one on the e pace and it was out of level ,once again no courtesy car ,one of the features on the car is that if you place your foot under the rear of the car the boot would open ,a nice feature if your hands are full it worked very spasmodic more often not at all ,after 3 trips back to Jaguar another 180 miles ,still no joy ,and someone called Charlie told me that all manufacturers have the same problem ,so over the next couple of months I called in at bmw and Mercedes and tried the same feature ,opened first time ,over the years I have had three cars from Jaguar in Hull and it will be the last ,it’s noticeable how the customer service has declined ,ps I put my private plate on myself as I wanted it level ,
