Scott and his team have been ultimately professional throughout the process of me part-exchanging and upgrading my F-Type. The process was smooth, transparent, and fair – particularly reassuring when it was all done virtually. My last F-Type purchase from a Jaguar dealership was not a pleasant experience at all, an independent dealership like SRK has been an absolute joy in comparison. Scott gave me a virtual walk-round of the car to ensure I was fully appraised of it before I put a deposit down. He was extremely honest about the slightest mark on it, so I felt very reassured that there would be no surprises when I saw it in the flesh. Scott was very efficient, he answered my numerous questions and handled all of the paperwork for me on hand-over. The unveiling was a delight; seeing the car gleaming with its ceramic coating was a knock-out! I am delighted with it. I would definitely buy from Scott again; he has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
