Appalling customer service. I called up as I was interested in purchasing a Ford Puma. Upon arrival I was ignored by the salesman that I had organised the meeting with. When he did acknowledge me I was shown a dirty, used car full of rubbish which I assume was his. When I said to him that it was unprofessional, twice, I was ignored both times. I asked if there were any other cars available, and I was again ignored. I asked for test drive and the salesman advised me I would need to make an appointment - which.I had and was the entire reason I was there in the first place. The only questions the disappointing salesman asked me were: 'What car do you want?' and 'Where are you from?'. No attempt to engage with the customer or make them feel at ease. I emailed Ford as per their request regarding this experience at their request and two weeks later I still have not heard any reply or even an acknowledgement on their part. Would not recommend.
