Very unhappy

Not going to lie...pretty annoyed advertising on site markets quick finance decisions...applied on Saturday morning as soon as they opened to get an S4, shortly after was told it probably won't be processed till Monday...I mean there are checks to be done so thought ok that's fine, phone up Monday to be told that they will chase to see what's happening with it, got a call back to be told I have been accepted however a colleague had accepted sale of the car to another person this morning and they put a deposit down....but haven't turned up yet, literally luckily as I am about to sign the finance agreement, I get told that the person has turned up for the car...not only did they sell the car to someone who came later, I almost signed a finance agreement and on top of that now have checks against my credit score and no car...I am honestly lost for words
