Terrible

This went back 2 to 3 weeks ago. Stopped by VOSA who were doing a commercial pull over, checked it over, seriously about 10 more faults they found. Shouldn't have passed an MOT, told them this. They called me a liar over the phone,so i documented all of this, couldn't get all things to resolve from garages and ended up with them taking it back. This wasn't good! VOSA have been very good with me on this to make sure I got home safely. Insurance company cancelled the policy due to all this and a few other things they found! On the only POSITIVE they have finally taken it back after the intervention from Trading Standards among other groups. I've had to chase all this down and they have given a full refund. They need to make sure they spend more time looking into the car!!!! And take responsibility, tried to make any excuse not to pay me back.
