Very good and professional service

After a minor 'glitch' in organising a test drive we were delighted to be offered the car that we wanted and felt that the dealership went out of their way to maintain customer satisfaction. Hence, having taken delivery of a RAV4 PHEV, we returned the next day and purchased a Yaris GR! We were also pleased that customer satisfaction is monitored by Motorline as a whole. Thanks to Nicoli (dealer manager) and James. It is likely that we will be ordering a third vehicle in the new year!
