Connor - your time is up!
Avoid this dealership and Salesman Connor. Should have read ear reviews before travelling 25 miles to the dealership for a booked test drive. Turned up on time and Conner immediately passed us onto a colleague of his who asked why we were there. When we explained we had booked a test drive with Connor he advised that they had no test vehicles available. When I queried that it was Connors vehicle we were to test he advised that this car had a puncture and wasn’t at the dealership. No explanations as to why Conner had not called us to avoid a wasted journey. Connor sheepishly passed us at this time and didn’t try and apologise himself leaving his colleague embarrassed and trying to apologise. How much longer can Marshall’s tolerate such poor customer practice? .
