Wrong specification

Just bought a Duster Prestige only to find it does not match the spec in the brochure. Evans Halshaw say it is because mine is an MY21 not an MY22 but the brochure does not mention either of these. Evans Halshaw at no point told me that my car would be a different, lower spec than the brochure. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Make sure that you are getting the spec you expect before buying as Evans Halshaw will not tell you until it is too late. I have emailed you regarding this and what I think Evans Halshaw should do to rectify it. UPDATE. Just had Evans Halshaw on the phone. There only solution is that they order me a duster which matches the spec for delivery in about 5 months at which time they will value my car and I can pay extra for the correct spec. This means I will have to pay more for the car I believed they were selling me in the first place and I will lose money on the car they have already sold me. Pathetic customer service. Looks like I will have to involve the Motor Ombudsman. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE OR BE PREPARED TO CHECK EVERY ITEM LISTED ON THE SPECIFICATION IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
