Arnold Clark are only interested in sales and not customer services. Once they’ve got your money, their not interested on providing customer care when something goes wrong, Don’t answer calls or emails and will book cars in after warranty period so they can charge you for the costs of the faulty car they sold to you. If you get quotes for services, make sure you get a second opinion because you will also be over charged at AC and there is no guarantee they’ll fix any problem. This is normal according to all the other unsatisfied customers across the UK. They cover up this bad business ethos by buying all the advertising they can find and donating to charities, meanwhile customers are struggling to get their problems resolved!
