Awful Experience

Awful Experience! After being told a car part replacement was 100% covered under my warranty by THIS dealership several times, I was then slapped with a £600+ bill and told that it was rejected by warranty. There was 0 communication nor apology by this dealership and to be honest I was disgusted about how it was dealt with. I will be taking this further, Audi should be ashamed for the shocking standards at this dealership.
