Couldn't have asked for better service!

Absolutely delighted to have received daughter's first car today. All the way throughout the process we have been treated as if buying a brand new car. When purchasing a second hand car, you are always concerned about its history but all questions were honestly answered (and verified with the logbook) and any possible concerns alleviated through what has been a thorough purchase and handover. There was no pressure for a sale at any time and the decision was completely ours to make. I had communicated with Jamie Burton prior to our visit having seen the car on auto trader - he was professional from start to end, as well as very reassuring and quick to give responses to questions even when we were away from the dealership. He helped in every possible way to make our process smooth and as quick as we needed. Thank you Jamie! We had the car delivered yesterday and again, this was thorough and smooth. All questions were answered and there was plenty of time to look at the car and be satisfied for handover. Clearly a great team - would highly recommend. I have confidence that should I have any issues, I'll be on the end of a telephone and they will be resolved. Thanks Croyland Car Megastore - I have one very happy daughter!
