Buying a car should be a pleasurable experience but is often stressful and frustrating. Having just purchased a car from Stuart at Sterling Motors I have to say he has regained my faith in car salesmen. Having seen the car pre preparation we had a number of concerns about whether it would be showroom condition on delivery and we discussed a list of expectations. Stuart suggested we return home to discuss it and come back to him with our list which once emailed to him he concurred and stated he would ensure all were completed e.g. MOT, service, detailing, refurb wheels, new brake discs and pads, tyres, remove modifications and return to factory spec etc. He kept us updated on progress and as it took a week or so it meant our part ex’s MOT expired. Concerned about driving it to collect the new vehicle Stuart arranged for his driver to deliver the new car and collect the part ex using trade plates taking away this stress and stated that if the vehicle wasn’t up to our expectations the driver would just return the vehicle unsold. The car was fantastic. Everything we asked for was delivered. Great service from beginning to end. Would highly recommend and certainly return in the future.
