Bad attitude

Returning a Passat for Warranty work was expected to be a pleasant and helpful experience. Not the case at this dealership. Quite frankly the lady on service reception was offhand, unfriendly, unhelpful and abrasive enough to put off anybody from using this dealership again. After an exchange of words, I was dealt with be a professional young man. Will never use this dealership again.
