Awful.
Zero wasn’t an option Zero wasn’t an option. My car has been in for a simple repair under warranty since July 6th (130 days). The cat has only done 15000 miles. Constantly being told they are doing things but they never happen. Last week got a message saying “the tests will be carried out today”. I ring a week later and they still haven’t been done. Service manager constantly says he will ring me but never does. Full of lies and empty promises. I must have been in 4/5 times to collect the vehicle when I’ve been told it’s ready and it’s still been in pieces. Very keen to blame Vauxhall and their technical department as they’re always “awaiting instruction on what to do next”. Never fills you with confidence when the service manager himself says “I would never buy a Vauxhall myself”. Awful service and I still haven’t got my car back!!
