Terrible Customer Service

I bought a car from Racecourse in September. They told me the car had been freshly serviced and Mot'd. The undertray fell off on my drive home. Within days the service light came on which they told me to reset myself. The gearstick was detached when I collected the car but they told me they would send me a new one which they didn't despite many calls. The aircon I was told just needed a regas, got this done and it still didn't work. One of the doors didn't open from the inside and the wipers where falling apart. All from a freshly serviced and Mot'd vehicle that had just gone through one of their pre delivery inspections. I called the garage many times to try and get the issues rectified to no avail so the finance company have stepped in to deal with it. Would not recommend!!!
