Great service.

Had a few niggles with the software on my Karoq. Took the car to Mitchells Skoda in Ellesmere Port. They could not have been more helpful. After they downloaded and installed a software update Karl one of their technicians on the service desk spent ages with me setting up Skoda Connect. I never once felt rushed even though he stayed past finishing time so we could complete the process. Thanks Karl and thanks Mitchells.
