Awful

I've been waiting since June for getting my scratches on my car repaired. It's November and they keep asking and asking for imaged and measurements of damage which I've done so many times now and still not getting anywhere. The scratches have spread now because its just been left so long. Waste of money on this company my car should have been sorted straight away. It seems they are delaying the repairs so that they don't have to sort it. Disgraceful
