Apsoluttly apealing service, they all available strait away before u hand over money. And after that it is no way u can talk with any of people involved if u find some problems with car. Taking me 2 weeks of daily phone calls and person who im askimg about is alway on another line or with custome and will return call (but that never happend). So would be my last Mercedes purchase from that dealership and yes will probably write to daimler benz to expres my concerns.
